Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Space is limited and based on a first come first serve basis.
• Full payment is required to secure delegate pass.
• Only cancellations made prior to March 24, 2012 will receive a full refund.
• Delegates who do not show up will forfeit their fee.
• Accommodations are confirmed/changed directly with the hotel.
